Qigong classes are for all levels of experience, and adaptable to any mind-body focus or ability level.
Qi gong is a slow-moving exercise for energy cultivation, mind-body alignment, meditation, and building strength and wellness. These exercises can be modified to suit personal health or lifestyle concerns and any individual’s capabilities. Students will, over 4-6 classes, learn a routine for a daily 15-25 minute practice.
