Families and Friends:

AT&T has provided us with an estimated date of 9/13 to be back up with phone services. In the meantime, we still have email, internet communications, cellular devices and we have installed web-based phones on each station so you can be reached! We still do not have fax services either --- please continue to communicate via email!

We are aware that there is an AT&T outage in our area preventing phone calls from going in/out of the facility and preventing faxes! We are available via email - please refer to your emergency cellular numbers sheets if you need us!

Ladies and Gentlemen:

We are SO EXCITED to report that CMS (Federal governmental authority over nursing homes) has indicated that visitation, with precautions, should resume. As we discussed last week,
we have finalized our policy and prepared our facility so less restrictive visitation may commence as early as next Wednesday.

Please join our very important call on Monday at 2:15 p.m. Check your emails for call-in information!!!!

We will outline our policy for increased upcoming visitation that is in accordance with the CMS regulations (including the usual screening, wearing of masks, physical distancing, etc.)
