Avaya Health Services, LLC is a privately owned mental health rehabilitation center, approved by Magellan Health Services and CARF accredited, to provide Medicaid funded MHR services in Louisiana. Avaya is devoted to an organizational philosophy and has core values which enhance the lives of it's staff and the individuals we served in the community.
