Y’all Pelvicon 2025 was everything! My heart is so full.

2 years ago at Pelvicon, I was inspired to believe in myself, that I too could start my own physical therapy practice. Someone told me I had cash practice vibes 😂. That’s really all it took!

To return to Pelvicon as a business owner for almost 2 years, with 8 years of clinical experience, it had me feeling hella proud of how far I’ve come in my career.

This was the most engaging conference I’ve been to yet and I already have my tickets for next year!

What makes it the best is of course the other pelvic rehab providers! They are the most compassionate, smart, supportive, caring people that love to talk about p*e poo and s*x! And they’re really fun too!

The enthusiasm and energy is palpable, kinetic!

Pelvic Rehab Journal Club!

Today we discussed the article Trauma-informed management of patients with prior s*xual trauma in pelvic health physiotherapy practice (Stirling et al 2025) in the context of vaginismus, and we had the incredible s*x therapist Sophie Miller guest speak on the mental health side of helping our patients navigate pelvic pain and s*xual trauma.

These therapists are all compassionate, caring, and smart! I am invigorated every time I’m in their company at journal club!
