My energy is peaceful and relaxed, with this attitude I bring about the table different modalities of body work that combined will bring a sense of Balance into your life. What makes my sessions such a special treatment? It's because I apply Eastern Techniques like Shiatsu which is a system of body work incorporating finger pressure and use of the two hands; utilizing pressure points, deep tissue work, stretching and range of motion techniques to achieve energetic balance in the meridians of the body. Shiatsu is based on the energetic principles of Traditional Chinese medicine. It is designed to open up areas of the body which have become closed and stuck, at this point I require interaction from you when I ask you to breathe deep at certain times. Some benefits are, energetic balance, relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, increased circulation, increased range of motion, and renewed vigor and clarity. Many disorders which are contraindicated for other forms of body work may be treated beneficially by Shiatsu.
