(BOW Inc) is a New Orleans-based 501c(3) certified non-profit organization established in 2015 dedicated to spreading awareness of domestic violence and helping survivors of domestic violence regain control of their lives. We strongly believe that every voice matters and every story counts...help us break the silence against domestic violence! We admire the survivors, honor those taken, and never give up hope on ending domestic violence! Everyday women are faced with the challenge of deciding whether to stay in an abusive relationship or leave. Often times they stay and it results in death. This one here warms my heart because I have to say thanks to my baby girl, my daughter Ny’Jai ._.nuuuu for singing a solo in the program. Mommy loves you, you did great!tasjae Sis your story, let’s just say we have some things in common. Which brings me back to . I firmly believe that nothing happens by chance and this connection was meant to happen. Look out world, hear we come!

was over. You see I was going through so many challenges trying to get to this day. But God knows my heart. And with that being said I stand before you all today and testify gratefulness for standing strong and making it through. The event was a success. The testimonies were needed and so powerful.
      – baby, that beat was EVERYTHING to me okay! I loved all the compliments by I owe it all to you. And thanks for the install on the hair as well. My sis did her thang!
      – the DJ / DJ Shawty504 – your bio was on point boo “God has a reason for allowing things to happen…Let Go Let God” but thank you for coming through for me last minute. I am forever grateful for that. See you next year October 8, 2022 same time same place
      Catering Services … that food, lets just say they can’t stop talking about how tender them steaks were. Y’all did that! Again, a last minute add due to circumstances but that’s another story for another time. Thank you so much for the saving grace. Mark your calendars for next year October 8, 2022.

Y’all look I cannot say this enough… these people (the dj / the caterers / the photographer) … they really came through in a clutch for me. So many things were happening trying to prevent this event from happening but I refused to let the devil win. I was determined to see this thing through. I would like to take this time to thank everyone that made this years’ event on 10/9/21 a great success. From beginning to end …
      – Ms. Riva I thank you for continuously checking in on me to make sure I was still going through with this assignment. God was sending you to test my faith the whole time. I didn’t figure it out until the event was over. You see I was going through so many challenges trying to get to this day. But God knows my heart. … Baby’s father charged with Murder.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — 21-year-old Felicia Jones was found dead in Riverview Park Saturday morning. She was nine months pregnant, expecting a baby boy in early October.
On Thursday morning, JSO announced the arrest of 19-year-old Reginald Perry for the crime.

JSO investigators say Perry turned himself in for the crime on Wednesday. He is facing two charges of murder in the second degree. During his first appearance in court, the judge did not issue him a bond.
Investigators also revealed Felicia died as a result of a gunshot.

Felicia’s friends said Perry is the unborn baby’s father.
“It’s just unbelievable,” Felicia’s friend Mikkyla Holliday said.
“The whole situation is just random. It’s crazy,” Felicia’s friend, Honestie Johnson, said.

Perry’s involvement in the crime has confused friends Mikkyla and Honestie.
“He wanted the baby, so hearing that he did this; nothing is adding up. It doesn’t really make sense to me of why he did this,” Holliday said.
They said Perry would be on FaceTime during Felicia’s appointments and aid he was trying to get a job and a car to provide for both mother and baby.

Friends said another thing that didn’t add up was how Felicia ended up in the park.“She’s 13 minutes from her house driving wise. She doesn’t have a car neither does he. So, how did y’all get to the park?” Johnson said.
Holliday said she had spoken to Felicia the night before she died and it didn’t appear anything was off.
As far as they knew, Felicia and Perry were in a relationship.
