Good news! Thanksgiving foods can be great for your skin! π¦

1. Turkey is very high in protein which prevents aging and generates healthy skin cells and dark meat is high in zinc.
2. Pumpkin is rich in natural enzymes that help with digestion and help break down toxins because they're high in beta carotene.
3. Green Beans are high in Vitamin C that can help fight free radicals that bring about premature aging.
4. Cranberries are high in antioxidants and help fight inflammation. They are also rich in Vitamin C and fiber.
5. Sweet Potatoes are rich in Vitamin A which promotes new skin cell growth.
6. Red Wine has many benefits when you drink it in moderation. Polyphenols in grapes are rich in antioxidants.
