Today marks 2 years of the Jace Lee Scott Foundation πŸŽΊβ€οΈβ€πŸ”₯

What started from pain turned into purpose.
What started with one voice became a movement.

For two years, we have stood for:
✨ Justice for Jace
✨ Accountability
✨ Youth empowerment
✨ Supporting families who deserve answers

We are still here. We are still fighting.
And we are just getting started.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, stood with us, and believed in this mission.

Today I stood in front of New Orleans City Hall during the Criminal Justice Committee meeting to bring awareness to the corruption and broken protocols surrounding the death of my son, Jace Lee Scott.

As Jace’s mother and founder of the Jace Lee Scott Foundation, I will continue to speak truth and demand accountability. The public deserves transparency, and families deserve justice when the system fails them.

We are calling for federal charges and a full investigation into the actions and misconduct connected to Jace’s case. Silence and cover-ups will not be accepted.

This fight is bigger than just one family β€” it is about justice, integrity, and protecting our community from corruption.

I will not stop until the truth is fully revealed.

πŸ–€β€οΈπŸ’š 5th Day of Kwanzaa | Nia (Purpose) πŸ–€β€οΈπŸ’š

Today we honor Nia, the principle of Purpose.

Nia calls us to live with intention β€” to uplift our people, protect our children, and contribute to the collective good of our community. Purpose is knowing why we do the work, even when it’s hard. Purpose is choosing love, justice, and service every day.

At the Jace Lee Scott Foundation, our purpose is rooted in healing families, advocating for accountability, and building a safer future for our youth.

May we all walk boldly in our purpose and use our gifts to strengthen our community.

πŸ–€β€οΈπŸ’š Happy Kwanzaa from the Jace Lee Scott Foundation πŸ–€β€οΈπŸ’š

As we celebrate Kwanzaa, we honor our roots, our resilience, and our responsibility to one another. This is a time of reflection, unity, and recommitment to building strong, safe, and loving communities for our children and families.

May the principles of Umoja (Unity), Kujichagulia (Self-Determination), Ujima (Collective Work & Responsibility), Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics), Nia (Purpose), Kuumba (Creativity), and Imani (Faith) guide us not only this week, but every day.

At the Jace Lee Scott Foundation, we continue our mission to uplift families, advocate for justice, and invest in the future of our youth.

Wishing you peace, purpose, and prosperity this Kwanzaa.
