Shari Taylor, PhD I teach mind-body awareness through a combination of therapeutic movement, yoga therapy, inner exploration, dialogue, and integration.

I encourage a deeper connection with self, assisting clients to increase their awareness of what's happening in both the mind and body, thus enhancing the ability to: identify and manage triggers; reset the stress cycle; and connect more deeply to that innate wisdom, which will ultimately guide you toward greater overall well-being and fulfillment in your life.
