It is with great sadness that our Institute has to announce the passing of Mr. Wu Tianfu, son in law of the late Dr. Tian Heming and widower of Dr. Tian’s adoptive daughter, Dr. Tian Yuxia.

Mr. Wu, who worked as an assistant for Dr. Tian Bawei for many years, passed peacefully in his sleep last night.

He was a good friend of the institute and the family has always been a strong supporter of our work representing the Tian Lineage. May he rest in peace!

Early bird price for the LIVE interactive Webinar discussing the Nineteen Lines on Pathology ends soon on May 26th!

For anyone interested in understanding the roots of Classical Chinese Medicine, Laurie Ayres from the London branch of iceam will go into depth on the usefulness of understanding the "19 Lines" from a Classical / Canonical perspective.

The webinar will be held on June 2nd-4th , 4pm - 8:30pm Brisbane time (Australia) . Please register here:
https://www.iceam.org/live-course/brisbane-webinar-nineteen-lines-on-pathology/

There is often difficulty understanding the "19 Lines" from Chapter 74 of the Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen because most modern analysis of the 19 Lines approaches the subject from a Qing Dynasty Organ differentiation perspective.
This class will discuss all possible angles from a Classical Chinese Medicine way of thinking, plus we will cross-reference with other Classics such as the Nanjing (Classic of Difficult issues) as well as comparing the Canonical Medicine approach with commentaries by later Masters such as Zhang Jing Yue.

For a preview of the class on The Nineteen Lines on Pathology given by Arnaud Versluys , please see this link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vS7gQzfF8UU

This past weekend, members of London ICEAM met up with Institute of Neijing Research (INR) director David White as he was presenting his seminar in London at Millers Way Project. For years now, both Institutes have been aligned in their respective missions of reviving the practice of Chinese medicine along the tenets of the Han dynasty classics, be they in herbalism, or acupuncture alike.
