Asana: goddess squat or Utkata Konasana

To come into it:
1. stand with legs greater than hips width distance apart, and turn feet out 90 degrees.
2.Inhale to reach your arms up and overhead.
3. Exhale to sink into your hips as you bend the knees and gold post the arms.
4. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths
✨You can also jump into it instead✨
Benefits:
1. Increased stamina and blood flow
2. Increased strength and flexibility in the hips.
