This training explores the evolution of podcasts and their expanding role in mental health conversations—examining how they can be thoughtfully integrated as tools for psychoeducation and clinical support.

Participants will engage in guided listening to curated podcast samples and participate in clinical discussion on themes including Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Relationships.

Together, we will explore how podcasts can be used ethically and effectively for both clinicians and clients, while also addressing limitations, boundaries, and ethical considerations relevant to professional practice.
