Last year was very busy in July for well visits. Since that time the office has grown, so I definitely hope we can get more of the summer well visits in May and June. If that works for your schedule, please consider those months. Also, to help with access in July we are going to try an experiment. For May, June, and July we are going to have two well visit slots open on every Saturday. Since we will need extra staff for those Saturdays, we are going to ask anyone signing up for the Saturday well visits to agree to a 40 dollar no show rate, and to provide a card on file in the event of a no show (which is less than 24 hours notification that you cannot come). This is just for these Saturday well visits and not a change to our normal policy. Saturday appointments that are scheduled in advance have a historically high no-show rate, which is costly to the practice when it involves extra staffing.
We are also starting to plan our 2nd Birthday Party, tentatively set for June 6th! We will give details when we have them, but we hope to have another great turn out. Thanks, Dr Fisher
