At Wellness Embodied, the clinicians who hold this space are as important as the space itself.
Each therapist brings their own lived experience, training, relational style, and way of being into the room. What connects them is a shared commitment to trauma-informed care, thoughtful pacing, and deep respect for each person’s story.
We are honored to introduce a few of our team members:
Wyatt Roper, LMSW (he/him)
Wyatt is a transgender, anti-oppressive, sex-work positive therapist working with individuals and couples. His work centers relationships, gender, sexuality, and self-exploration, integrating AF-EMDR, Parts Therapy, and breathwork. Affirming, collaborative, and honest, he creates space that is supportive, nourishing, and appropriately challenging.
Dilek Edwards, AMFT, MA, RYT (she/her)
Dilek works with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, sexuality, and major life transitions. Her somatic and systemic approach is grounded, non-shaming, and collaborative, supporting couples rebuilding trust and individuals exploring identity, grief, anxiety, and relational change.
Tahentahawi Chubb-Smith, MHC-LP (she/her)
Tahentahawi is an Indigenous Mohawk psychotherapist offering person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed care. Drawing from her background in wellness and deep connection to the natural world, she supports individuals in meaning-making, identity development, grief, addiction, and healing from past trauma.
We know that finding the right therapist is a relational decision.
If you’re exploring support, we invite you to learn more about each clinician and the work they hold.
We are here, and we move at your pace.
