‼️ Due to significant snowfall and for the safety of our patients and staff, our office will be CLOSED today, 1/26.

We will resume normal business hours tomorrow, 1/27.

• For urgent matters, an on-call provider can be reached by calling the office phone number.
• In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Due to the potential for significant snowfall this weekend, the safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. At this time, we are planning to open with a delayed start; however, depending on weather conditions and accumulation, we may need to close.

Please continue to check our page for the most up-to-date information.

📅 Plan for Monday (1/26):
🕚 We will open at 11:00 AM
• Patients scheduled before 11:00 AM will be contacted by our staff to reschedule
• No walk-ins Monday morning
