Today I had another sweet visit with Kindra Renninger, and a surprise visit with Alexa Wilson...and their littles!
It was just what I needed 🥰 these sweet ladies and their precious little ones were regulars at Lake City, and I came to absolutely adore both of them, and enjoyed our conversations whenever I saw them.
Thank you, sweet ladies, for taking the time to come see me today...I just love you and your precious little ones! ♥️♥️

Hey Everyone!
Some of you have asked if we ever work Saturdays in Syracuse. Up until now, we haven't, but one week from today, Scott and I will be holding down the fort at Warriors Nutrition!! We would absolutely LOVE to see some of our regulars at Lake City!!
Plan to stop by between 9:00 & 3:00.... it'll be like old times...just in a different spot!
