Twin Soul Series – V-Twin Tribute 🏍️🖤

I’d like to introduce the second urn in our V-Twin configuration from the Twin Soul Series. This piece is built around the true heart of a motorcycle — Harley-Davidson Twin Cam cylinders, positioned at the original 45° angle that has defined Harley engines for over a century. 🕰️

It’s that angle that creates the unmistakable rhythm of a Harley motor — a sound every rider recognizes instantly.🐎

This urn was commissioned by Korine, who wanted to honor her beloved husband — a rider who owned a beautiful deep burgundy Harley and had a true love for chrome. For that reason we chose Padouk wood — one of my absolute favorite materials to work with. ❤️

This wood is simply extraordinary. Dense, noble, with a stunning natural grain. After oil finishing something incredible happened — the color deepened far beyond what I expected. It transformed into a rich dark cherry tone with hints of deep black and burgundy. Honestly, I could write poems about this wood. It’s bold, dramatic and beautiful — and a dream to work with. 🪵

The piece rests on a brushed stainless steel base, which adds a fresh, modern contrast to the deep warmth of the wood. We also slightly redesigned the geometry of the base to enhance the visual balance of the V-Twin layout and give the urn an even more dynamic stance. 🛠️

For this build we selected two beautiful cylinders that were precision honed, decked and resurfaced.⚙️

Inside the cylinders you can see the original cross-hatch honing marks, the same pattern that in a real engine helps oil distribution for the pistons and rings. Because of that detail, the cylinders look exactly as if they were about to be installed back into the heart of a running motorcycle.🔩

At Korine’s request we also added a memorial plaque featuring an eagle with wings — a symbol of freedom and the final ride. 🕊️

Because sometimes the Last Ride should look just like the life that came before it. On two cylinders. With the soul of a motorcycle. 🏍️🖤

Custom urns aren’t only about iconic Harley-Davidson style paint jobs. Sometimes they are about weaving together the most meaningful pieces of someone’s life. 🖤

Evan asked us to create this urn for his Dad inspired by the desert atmosphere of Tucson, where their family comes from. 🌵

The paint design is based on the original Road King layout, where two colors are separated by a central stripe. We softened that line into a gentle wave to resemble the rolling desert hills.

The colors used are the original 2014 Road King tones — Canyon Brown and Desert Sand. 🎨

Instead of the traditional tank emblem, we created a custom decal inspired by a blanket pattern from a photo. The design was carefully redrawn so it could be printed and sealed under clear coat, becoming a permanent part of the tank.

The urn rests on a deep reddish mahogany base, chosen to echo the fiery desert sunsets of the Southwest. 🌅

To complete the piece, the fuel cap is made from brass, with an insert crafted from desert sand stone, tying the entire story together.

This was a truly unique commission — fully personalized so that every element reflects the places, memories, and spirit of the person it was made for.

Because sometimes the last ride should feel like home. 🏜️🏍️🖤

✨ Keep Going ✨
Some days feel heavier than others, and the road ahead doesn’t always look clear.
But every step you take—no matter how small—moves you forward.

Keep showing up.
Keep pushing through.
Keep believing in the strength you’re building along the way.

You’re doing better than you think. Keep going. 🖤
