I get clients that frequently say " I wanna get started on a new fitness routine, I just don't know where or how to start." Start simple and small. Start by setting aside 15 minutes everyday for 2 weeks . Use that time to do a quick 15 minute workout. Write it in your calendar set an alarm on your phone. No matter how you feel, do your workout everyday at that time. Now your in a routine. Add 5 more minutes on week 3. Look at you !Starting to feel healthier ,more energy and best of all you broke the cycle of wanting to doing!
