Spravato is an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It is designed for individuals who have not found enough relief from traditional antidepressant medications alone.

At Journey Psychiatry, we take a whole-person approach to Spravato care. Patients have the option to pair Spravato treatment with therapy sessions so support happens in the moment, not just after the appointment ends.

Treatment takes place in private, comfortable rooms designed for calm and safety. Each patient is supported by a dedicated Spravato coordinator who guides them through the entire process, from enrollment and insurance coordination to the first appointment, follow-ups, and coordinated care visits.

We work with a lot of kids, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and lifes challenges, and one thing we see all the time is people waiting way too long to get support because they think they should “just handle it.”
