The Calcium Score is a scan that measures calcified plaque in the arteries to access heart attack risk. A good score is zero. Anything over 200 a problem. I had a client with a score of 500! This type of score really raises the risk of heart attack or stroke. He even had a chunk of calcium in his heart! I put him on a specialized prgram to help remove the calcium and plaque.
