Sober for the Super Bowl? You’re not alone!
Here are a few simple ways to enjoy the game without the alcohol:

• Bring your own drinks so you always have something in hand
• Stick close to people who support your goals
• Step outside for a breather if the environment feels overwhelming
• Have an exit plan — your peace comes first
• Celebrate the next day with a clear head and a proud heart

Whether you’re in recovery, cutting back, or just choosing clarity, you’ve got this!
