The Pasco Sheriff's Office has zero tolerance for those who would do harm in our community, especially those who seek to profit from those suffering with substance abuse and addiction.

Yesterday, the Pasco Sheriff's Office served a search warrant on a drug house in the Gray Fox Ln. area of New Port Richey and arrested an adult subject while seizing 32.8 grams of fentanyl and 244.8 grams of methamphetamine, along with other illicit substances. According to the DEA, two milligrams of fentanyl can be a lethal dose, meaning yesterday's seizure was the equivalent of more than 16,000 possible lethal doses of fentanyl which have now been removed from Pasco County.

With last week’s search warrant and seizure, Pasco Sheriff’s detectives have removed more than 170 grams of fentanyl from Pasco County in the last week, the equivalent of more than 85,000 possible lethal doses.

The adult subject faces numerous charges, to include trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in methamphetamine and other charges.
