When they become stagnant, we do not experience proper balance in our lives. Our day-to-day experience becomes stressful and cannot achieve the goals we have in mind. My work includes assessment of the seven main chakras and includes discussion on how to rebalance/restore them, along with various healing modalities (including Reiki, Crystals, Sound Therapy) that I offer for effective change.
