Qualified participants must:

Kidney disease is a silent disease, in which symptoms may only show up once it's reached advanced stages. Kidney health greatly impacts many conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and many more —it is now more important than ever to stress a proactive approach to kidney disease via early detection, lifestyle changes that promote kidney health such as good nutrition and blood pressure management.

As we continue our research on prevention-focused treatments and chronic disease programs, we must highlight the importance of sleep and it's vital role in overall health.

Sleep has a massive effect on many areas of health, such as: heart, immune system, brain function, and mental health -- experiencing poor to no sleep over long periods of time may lead to increased risk for conditions such as hypertension, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mood disorders.

Prioritizing consistent, good quality sleep is one of the great ways to improve certain aspects of health in our day-to-day and helps reduce risk for serious conditions later on.
