72% of adult cardiac arrests outside the hospital happen at home. That means the person who saves a life is often a family member.

Hands-Only CPR is simple:
Call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives.

This , we encourage everyone to learn the signs and be prepared. Awareness and action save lives.

You can be a hero for someone you love. Saving a life with Hands-Only CPR doesn’t take medical training. It takes courage. And it takes knowledge.

Remember, if you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help can arrive.
