March is National Kidney Month and staying hydrated is one of the simplest, and most powerful, ways to support kidney health. Drinking plenty of water helps your kidneys remove waste, balance fluids, and function at their best.

Make hydration part of your daily routine:
✔️ Carry a stainless steel water bottle
✔️ Choose water-rich foods like fruits and vegetables
✔️ Limit sugary beverages
✔️ Set reminders to sip throughout the day

Small habits can make a big difference in protecting your kidney health. 💧
