Last night, I got to take my team to dinner for the holidays. My team! How freaking cool is that?! It’s definitely a moment of taking in the accomplishment and tooting my horn a little bit. Ive had such amazing mentors and opportunities that have gotten me here and I’m so, so grateful.

We had a great year at Wise Mind Counseling and I’m super excited for 2026!

I'm super excited to share that I have a new therapist joining my team! Steve Sharpe, LSW grew up in town, was an athlete at NPMS/NPHS and is really excited to give back to our community. He is joining my team to work with kids (10+), teen and adults virtually and in our office at 219 South Street. He can accept Aetna and out-of-network rates (with plans to accept Horizon BCBS within the next few months).
