Rick Monaco didn’t just change his body; he changed his life. ❤️

After serious health challenges before 40, Rick took control of his health, lost half his body weight, and found strength through running. Last year, he ran the NYC Marathon with , raising over $5,000 for Summit Health Cares. Now, he’s taking on the Boston Marathon. Rick’s journey was recently featured in Men’s Health.
