Care that goes beyond the expected!

"I have Visited many rehab facilities before, but none are quite like this. Jesse, the food service Director is very helpful with making sure your dietary needs are being met and she’s very friendly and very friendly. She stops in daily to ensure I am happy with my meals which have been Delicious throughout my stay. The administrator check in with me frequently to make sure I am OK and Happen and happy with my stay here. The nurses and aides are top-notch and provide excellent service. The rehab department has been exceptional, they really make you work in a great way! I am so strong now thanks to them! I will go home in better shape than when I arrived. My room and The entire facility Is maintained an And always smells nice.The life enrichment team checks in with me and invite me to fun and exciting programs. Since I was admitted during the holiday, I was lucky enough to see Santa, which was very nostalgic for me since I used to dress up as Mrs. Claus with my husband. I highly recommend Spring Grove to anybody in need of a rehab or a place for respite."
