In celebration of Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week, we are on Matthew Schottlander, Administrator, for his outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to resident-centered care.
Matthew has been an Administrator since 2012, bringing 14 years of experience in long-term care leadership. Inspired early on by his father, who worked in healthcare, Matthew developed a strong interest in the field and a deep appreciation for the impact it can have on people’s lives.
“I chose to become an Administrator because I genuinely enjoy working with people and addressing the challenges in long-term care. I believe strong leadership can greatly influence residents’ quality of life. I am passionate about supporting staff, improving operations, and ensuring every resident receives care with dignity, respect, and the highest standards.”
