Foundations Therapy first began providing only occupational therapy services in a small office suit in late 2013. Since then, our company has grown, now offering physical and speech therapy in a much larger space and with several more team members! We are excited to bring quality pediatric therapy to Menomonie, New Richmond, and surrounding areas to serve children with varying abilities and their families.
