Pointe Coupee Hospice has proudly served our community for 25 years, providing compassionate, patient and family centered end-of-life care. As a parish-owned organization deeply rooted in the community, our experienced hospice team focuses on pain management and symptom control while supporting patients’ medical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Our services include skilled nursing care, hospice physician oversight, medical social work, chaplain and volunteer support, and therapies such as physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Seventy-five percent of our hospice patients were previously cared for by Pointe Coupee Homebound Health, reflecting the trust families place in our care. We are here to guide you and your loved ones through end-of-life care.

Today we are proud to recognize and celebrate one of the many incredible team members who helps keep Pointe Coupee Homebound Health & Hospice running smoothly behind the scenes!

For nearly 8 years, Jodi Constantine has been a dedicated part of the PCHHH family. As our HR & Office Manager and Clerical Supervisor, she truly wears many hats, overseeing HR functions, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, recredentialing, bookkeeping, and so much more! Her commitment to making sure the office operates efficiently, safely, and seamlessly allows our staff to focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care to our patients.

What she enjoys most about her role is problem-solving and taking on new challenges. She especially loves working with the Pointe Coupee Health Services Foundation, as it gives her the opportunity to give back and make a meaningful difference in our community.

A graduate of Catholic of Pointe Coupee, she recently returned to school and will proudly earn her bachelor’s degree this May from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette!

Outside of work, she is a devoted wife to Duston and a proud mom of five amazing children. Whether she’s cheering at games, attending school events, or taking her kids on new adventures, her family is her greatest blessing and motivation.

🎓2026 Dr. Robert N. Helm Memorial Scholarship🎓
Pointe Coupee Homebound Health and Hospice is honored to offer the Dr. Robert N. Helm Memorial Scholarship in memory of Dr. Helm’s many years of compassionate service to our community. This $250 scholarship will be awarded to three graduating seniors, one from each parish high school, who plan to pursue a career in the medical field.
Eligibility & Requirements:
•Must be a 2026 graduating senior in Pointe Coupee Parish
• Submit a typed essay (12-pt font, double-spaced) outlining post-graduation intentions, chosen field of study, any medical-related involvement, and why a career in healthcare is important to you
• Scholarship funds must be used toward college, university, technical, or vocational school expenses
• Deadline to apply: Friday, January 9, 2026
• Email applications to homebound@pchhh.org or deliver to 350 Hospital Road, New Roads, LA
• Winners will need to provide proof of enrollment in a qualifying program in April 2026
This scholarship is a small way to honor Dr. Helm’s giving spirit and encourage the next generation of healthcare professionals in our community.

Pointe Coupee Hospice is proud to honor Mr. Swayze Walton for his service in the United States Army. Last month, we had the privilege of recognizing Mr. Walton, an Aviation Army Vietnam Veteran who served from 1967–1970.
