There is so much we could say about Angie - singing, dancing, laughing, and WORKING her way to this milestone has been such a treat! Attending our very first class ever, you have been a foundational piece to the growth and success of our studio and you somehow manage to always brighten the room when you walk in. We are all so incredibly PROUD of you and can't wait to party along with you to the next 250 classes! 👯‍♀️🪩💃

Part of our morning crew, Desie has been showing up for herself Thursday mornings to stretch and decompress week after week. We are so proud of you for sticking with it all this time and love to see that post-class glow and smile! Thanks for being part of the early AM family and for the humor and peace you bring to class. 🌷🌷🌷 Our March schedule starts Monday and we have some NEW classes & times blooming! 🌷🌷🌷

Join Thursday mornings in "Studio B" (the blue gallery room) for Stretch Flow @ 8:15am and Mat Circuit @ 9:15am!

*Mat Circuit" is a new style of class, offering all your favorite moves from Pilates Mat class in a circuit style format (different stations of exercises) for 45 minutes of full body, well rounded movement to sharpen your technique and deepen your mind/body connection.

Don't forget about popping into our Saturday classes for an extra dose of Pilates to start your weekend off with some feel good movement and that satisfying burn we all love and crave! 🧘‍♀️❤️‍🔥💪

All we can say is WOW! You have been pushing yourself lately, hitting extra Cardio classes, working on perfecting hour form, and always striving to to make the most of each class - and boy does it show! We're so proud of you and all the hard work you put in each class, every week! So excited to celebrate you and this well deserved milestone. Paula has been showing up both morning and afternoon, and killing it in Pilates Mat - working on her form and getting stronger one set of 100s at a time! Our "Mardi Gras" Schedule starts TODAY and runs through February 25th!

The studio will be FULLY CLOSED Saturday, February 14th - Wednesday, February 18th in celebration and observation of Mardi Gras and Ash Wednesday.

Please note there are some class offerings and time changes during these next two weeks that are different than our usual schedule. (*All afternoon classes start at 4:30pm*)

💛💜💚 Our February Schedule starts this coming Monday!!! 💚💜💛

We will be running on a slightly altered schedule (see 2nd pic) leading up to and through Mardi Gras Season.
Our "Mardi Gras" Schedule will start on Thursday, February 12th and run through Wednesday, February 25th. Please note some of the different times classes will be offered as well as some of the different class styles. We are so excited to have both .myers and teaching with us during that time!

The studio will be fully CLOSED Saturday, February 14th - Wednesday, February 18th in observation of Mardi Gras and Ash Wednesday.

To pre-sign up for any classes in February, please contact the studio or sign up in person when attending classes this week or next.

We can't wait to "Laissez les bons temps rouler" with you this coming month! 💚💜💛

We are so PROUD to finally celebrate you Colleen! You have been through so many setbacks and detours along the way, but have rallied time and time again, coming back stronger than ever! 💪We're so proud of you for never giving up and showing up even when it was hard playing the "comeback" kid. Cassi has been attending as an afternoon faithful, and we have loved watching her strength & stamina improve these past few months! She's never shy of a challenge and we can tell the difference all that hard work has made week after week.
