Dr. Smith is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to caring for patients of all ages with compassion and a focus on lifelong wellness. A proud Louisiana native — born in Baton Rouge and raised in Lottie — Dr. Smith is excited to return home to serve the community that shaped him.

He has special interests in preventive care, chronic disease management, and in-office procedures, and he’s also fluent in Spanish, helping ensure accessible care for all.
