Please join us in congratulating Alexandra Jesurum on her promotion to Executive Director with Monarch Coopers Corner!
Alexandra brings nearly 20 years of experience in assisted living, with a career that began at age 16 as a dining room server and grew into leadership roles including Memory Care Director, Case Management Director, and Assisted Living Director. She holds a degree in Gerontology, further strengthening her deep commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
Alexandra previously served as Memory Care Director at Coopers Corner, and her return to Monarch reflects both her passion for senior living and her belief in the mission that guides our communities. Known for her dedication, strong leadership, and heart for service, Alexandra is committed to creating environments where residents and team members feel supported, valued, and truly at home.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old daughter, cheering her on at dance practices, rehearsals, and performances. She also loves discovering new restaurants and has a longtime interest in mixology from her early bartending experience.
