Prana Prenatal Yoga’s mission is to make conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting more easeful and intentional. Our Prenatal Yoga program reduces or eliminates many discomforts of pregnancy and helps you connect to your baby. We offer a comprehensive birth preparation program that includes Yoga For Labor and Childbirth Ed. After baby is born, our New Mamas Support Group facilitated by a maternal mental health expert may be just what you need to help you adjust to your new life and responsibilities. When you’re ready to get back on your mat Mama and Baby Yoga and Family and Baby Yoga are wonderful options. Many families form long-lasting friendships via these offerings. You will also be eligible to join our amazing online private community, Prana Mamas.

New and expecting parents often ask what the difference is between a “Night Nurse” and a Postpartum Doula.

They both offer postpartum support and can be incredibly helpful, but their roles are different. Deciding which one to choose depends on the type of support you and your family need the most.

It’s also important to note that using the title “Night Nurse” as an unlicensed provider is a misnomer and is illegal in many states. An alternative title sometimes used is Newborn Care Specialist.

Stretch, breathe, and bond in this playful Mini and Me Yoga class designed for kids ages 5–10 and their caregivers.

Through fun yoga poses, partner stretches, simple breathing exercises, and imaginative movement games, families will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness together. Each class blends lighthearted activities with calming relaxation to help children develop body awareness, confidence, and focus—while giving caregivers a special opportunity to connect and move with their little one.

No yoga experience is needed. Come ready to laugh, move, and enjoy quality time together in a supportive, welcoming environment!

Expecting moms and their partners love the easy to implement tools and strategies learned in our Yoga For Labor workshop that help prepare them for a more easeful labor experience. We get rave reviews on how well our methodology works!

This workshop explores yoga postures for women that open hips and the pelvis and help the baby move into ideal positioning. You’ll learn breathing techniques that help calm the nervous system and we will discuss strategies that help with each phase of labor.

Partners will be taught how to give hands-on support to help mom as well as massage techniques. Partners will feel much more confident and prepared with simple tools they can use to offer loving support.
