This week, Dumont Center proudly recognized Delroy and Derrick with Certificates of Appreciation for their exceptional dedication during last week’s snowstorm.

For 48 consecutive hours, they went above and beyond to ensure the facility's safety and continued operations, personally picking up and dropping off team members so care could continue without interruption. Their commitment, teamwork, and selflessness truly embody what it means to support both residents and colleagues when it matters most.
