Last week, our very own Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor, Maddie Ziff, stepped outside the walls of Sutton Park Center to lead a special yoga session for the New Rochelle Police Department.

At Sutton Park, we believe wellness is a community-wide mission. It was an honor to help our local heroes decompress, find their balance, and recharge!

Today, the recreation room at Sutton Park transformed into a high-end perfumery! Our residents became master blenders, hand-picking essential oils and floral notes to create their own one-of-a-kind signature scents.
