Our Story

Westchester Yoga Arts is more than a studio; we’re a community that celebrates the practice of yoga in an approachable way. This is a studio where we know each other’s names. It’s where you can feel comfortable asking questions no matter your level. It’s where we ground ourselves and grow by gently adapting our yoga practice to our individual lifestyles. We promote mindful and active living both on and off the mat, which is why we also offer Zumba and belly dancing classes. We’re on a path to self-awareness while changing the world one class at a time.
