Hi! We're Guardian Home Care of New York. Who are we and what are we about?
Guardian Home Care of New York was established in 2019 by founder Anna Darius. Mrs. Darius comes from a strong family of generational caregivers. Growing up Mrs. Darius mirrored the passion and devotion her Mother and Grandmother displayed in caring for their community in Haiti. Mrs. Darius has become devoted to a similar goal, but on a much larger scale; Anna’s personal and professional mission has been to enhance the quality of life for those in need throughout her community.
Guardian Homecare is a licensed home care agency that provides an array of specialized services to improve the daily living activities of those who require nursing-level attention.
Guardian Home Care of New York is affiliated with New York Care At Home, a Consumer Direct Program (CDPAP) that provides members with the option to appoint their caregiver. The CDPAP program has become very popular within the community for those who prefer a family member or close friend to work as their caregiver.
We understand the growing concerns and challenges, and we’re working diligently to provide the best solution for every member. Our trusted team of caregivers is professional, compassionate, and experienced. Every caregiver we hire is verified through background checks and undergoes a routine health assessment.
