WE OFFER THAI MASSAGE THERAPY! 🙆🏻‍♀️

🪷 In 2005, our Thai Massage Therapist Deirdre completed the first of many Thai Yoga Bodywork trainings with Lotus Palm, a dynamic body-work therapy based upon yoga and Ayurvedic practices, therapeutic for both recipient and practitioner.

💆🏻‍♀️ Thai work uses a combination of rhythmic rocking, pulling, stretching, acupressure, and yoga-type postures to find length and release throughout the body. Deirdre O’Connor uses hands, elbows, knees, or feet to compress the tissue and create healthy friction.

The one-on-one and group training programs aim to produce maximum results for each individual’s body type and lifestyle. The welcoming staff prides itself in knowing each of it's clients name and recognizing reoccurring faces that come through their door. The team supplements all of its personal training and group fitness with nutritional guidance and unlimited time in our cardio studio, further helping clients reach their personal goals—whether they be weight loss, increased strength, or simply improving overall health and stamina.
