From teaching himself how to train at a young age to coaching others before he even reached high school, fitness has always been second nature to our trainer, Ish 🔥

🏋️ A New Rochelle native, Ish has been part of our team since 2022, bringing that same passion and discipline into every 1:1 session!

💪 After serving as a reserve Marine and leading group workouts during his training, he returned home, became a certified personal trainer, and has been helping clients build strength and confidence ever since.

🎓 Alongside training clients and teaching classes at North End Fitness, Ish is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Queens College to become a physical education teacher, with the goal of coaching and mentoring the next generation!

North End Fitness & Training is a premier Westchester fitness, training, and nutrition center with a strong commitment to personalized service and individual attention for those seeking to achieve a healthier lifestyle. The one-on-one and group training programs aim to produce maximum results for each individual’s body type and lifestyle. The welcoming staff prides itself in knowing each of it's clients name and recognizing reoccurring faces that come through their door. The team supplements all of its personal training and group fitness with nutritional guidance and unlimited time in our cardio studio, further helping clients reach their personal goals—whether they be weight loss, increased strength, or simply improving overall health and stamina.
