Meet Jessica Macedo, Billing Operations Specialist

Jessica has been a valued member of ENT & Allergy Associates since 2007, and her career journey is a true example of growth, dedication, and adaptability.

Jessica began her career with ENTA as a file clerk, then advanced into roles as a front- and back-end patient representative. Eager to expand her knowledge and support more teams, she later took on a floating front/back-end position, gaining experience across multiple areas of the organization. Today, she continues to build on that strong foundation in her current role as a Billing Operations Specialist, where she plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the practice.

In her role, Jessica manages a wide range of billing responsibilities, including:
-Responding to patient billing inquiries via email
-Managing daily reports and trackers from the pre-collection agency
-Addressing collections-related questions
-Reviewing next-day balance reports to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up

Her attention to detail and commitment to helping both patients and colleagues make a meaningful impact every day.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys making crafts and spending time with her family and friends, hobbies that reflect her creativity and appreciation for connection.

‼️ENTA WEATHER UPDATE‼️Due to the winter storm, some ENTA locations will be closed, or have delayed openings tomorrow. Offices that remain open will begin seeing patients at 10:00 AM.

Meet Chuck Leider, Vice President, Regional Executive

We are proud to spotlight Chuck Leider, Vice President and Regional Executive, and welcome him to ENT & Allergy Associates. Chuck joins our organization after an impressive 15 years with Houston ENT & Allergy, bringing deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
In his role, Chuck helps ensure the practice delivers high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a timely and efficient manner. His leadership and experience play a key role in supporting both our teams and the patients we serve.

Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters. He also enjoys working out at Orangetheory, traveling to the beach, and almost anything involving sun and water. In his downtime, Chuck loves skiing, relaxing with family, and spending time with their golden retriever.
Fun fact: Chuck holds dual citizenship as a Luxembourg citizen!
