Kendra plays a vital role in our practice, serving as the liaison between audiologists and insurance companies for hearing health related claim issues. Her dedication, reliability, and deep knowledge of our surgical hearing aid processes keep everything running smoothly across the department — and she always shows up with a positive attitude.
 
Outside the office, Kendra is known for living life to the fullest. She loves shopping, exploring new restaurants and food, spending time with her family, and of course, traveling and bringing the party wherever she goes.

Meet Dr. Alyssa Hackett, Fellowship-Trained Pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist!

Originally from Ohio, Dr. Alyssa Hackett has proudly made Manhattan her home both as a physician and as a mom of two young boys. Practicing at ENT & Allergy Associates’ Upper East Side office, she is passionate about connecting with families, hearing their stories, and helping children thrive.

Dr. Hackett provides comprehensive care for the full spectrum of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions. 
Her clinical expertise includes:

• Congenital head and neck masses
• Airway disorders
• Hearing loss
• Chronic nasal congestion
• Snoring and sleep apnea
• Chronic ear, nose, and throat infections

She grounds her treatment plans in the most up-to-date evidence-based practice guidelines but also aims to tailor her recommendations to fit the needs of both the patient and their family.

Dr. Hackett is an active member of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology and is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. She completed her Otolaryngology residency at the University of Pittsburgh and pursued advanced fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Compassionate, collaborative, and family focused, Dr. Hackett is proud to care for New York’s youngest patients in Manhattan.
