Elm Crest Manor is a skilled nursing facility in New Salem, North Dakota. We are located 30 miles west of Bismarck under the watchful guise of our world famous cow, Salem Sue. We are proud to offer 68 beds and 19 assisted living apartments. Our dedicated staff provides rehabilitation services and around the clock skilled care in a comfortable and friendly environment.
