After much prayer and reflection, I’ve decided to take a temporary break from in-person doula support.
The past few months have been intense as our family walked through our daughters surgery and recovery, and I’m realizing that I need a little space to emotionally recharge and focus on being present for and with my family. Thank you to everyone who has loved and supported us during this time. 💛
Ironically, last night I attended two births back-to-back at the same hospital, just three hours apart. Both mamas rocked their all-natural births and reminded me once again of the incredible power, strength, and wisdom of a woman’s body. It felt like such a beautiful and meaningful way to pause this season of in-person support. 🤍
For now, you’ll find me working at the world’s cutest boutique on Flagler Avenue, which has been such a fun and refreshing change of pace!
This is not the end of my doula career—just a much-needed pause for this season. I will still be:✨ Teaching childbirth education classes✨ Offering virtual birth coaching✨ Supporting families with education and guidance
Walking alongside families during pregnancy and birth is something I deeply love, and I look forward to continuing that work in ways that fit this season of life.
Thank you for your understanding, encouragement, and prayers. 🤍
