Seven years ago Tidal Pilates was born. It was a dream of mine to open a studio in a community that did not have one. When the studio started, I had no idea what it would turn into or how long it would last.
Many things have changed since opening. We moved, expanded and added new teachers. I had my first baby and spent many hours teaching with her by my side. The community of clients grew and the support of them was amazing. The studio made its way through the lockdown and offered online classes.
Sometimes a chapter has to end in order for a new one to start. This is the case for me.
My family and I are moving away from New Smyrna which is why the studio had to close.
I will carry the memories of teaching here in New Smyrna forever. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to my instructors, Alice, Cameron and Stephanie and to everyone who walked through the door.
I miss you all!
