📣 I’ve had quite a few people on my table lately presenting with chronic low back and hip pain.
What we discover is always fascinating to the client (and me, of course 😉).
When we relax the nervous system and take our time applying FST techniques, the body typically exposes where the support is needed. And you- the client- become an active participant in learning more about yourself in the process.

Pain doesn’t always come from where you feel it.

As an athlete, being in a space where performance is taken seriously gives you all the feels.

Looooove being in environments with like-minded people- working with someone who truly values performance and recovery is invaluable.

Athletes for sure always want to train harder but not everyone knows how to recover better.
This is where I come in! Through Fascia Stretch Therapy, I teach you awareness about your body.

FST is for the moms! 🩵
Lately, I’ve had a few moms of young children on my table and they all had one thing in common—
their nervous systems hadn’t had a chance to slow down. They seemed to be carrying more than their bodies could release on their own.

Moms and caretakers of all sorts are always “on.”
Always giving. Always carrying—physically and emotionally.
I noticed, to these ladies, their time with me was more than just a stretch. It was a chance to let go- to exhale what they didn’t even realize they were holding.

There’s something really special about holding that kind of space for someone. I feel very honored to have been able to do that.
On my table, Mama Bear doesn’t have to do anything, fix anything, or take care of anyone else. She just gets to be.
And in that space—
her body relaxes, releases, resets. 🧸

FST is more than stretching.

you stop moving because your body doesn’t feel good.

Reps are great. Practice makes perfect but how much rotation are you getting?

People want to know… “How did you come across FST?”
The answer is - my Lucian. 💙
In August, he dislocated his hip during a football tackle. As a parent, there is nothing quite like watching your child experience an injury that serious. The physical healing is one part of the journey… but what many people don’t realize is that the nervous system remembers trauma long after the event occurred.
Even when an athlete is cleared to return to their sport, the body can still hold onto protective tension, guarding patterns, and restrictions that show up as pinching, tightness, or limited movement. I started to recognize these signs in Lucian as he was going through his protocol. He had the most amazing care team. Truly! But sometimes a Mama’s instinct kicks in and you know your child needs something more. So, in all Morgan Fashion I did a deep dive into finding answers for him.
Through this research, I found 2 amazing women that offered out of the medical box recovery techniques. (Susan Bianchi) with her deep knowledge of using ki hara to heal the body and and her FST techniques. We are so grateful to both of them for each of their roles in this healing process. ❤️‍🩹

And so what I discovered completely changed the way I look at recovery!
I learned not all pain after an injury is structural. Sometimes it’s the nervous system.
After a serious injury, the body doesn’t just heal tissue and move on.
It learns protection and where it felt unsafe. It learns which positions to guard and which movements to avoid.
My new job is to help Lucian’s body feel safe again.
As both a mom and now a practitioner, Ive become incredibly passionate about helping people recover not just physically, but neurologically, too. True healing happens when the body feels safe enough to move again. I’ve said this before but now I have true front row experience in saying our bodies are rooted in the health of our nervous systems.
So what started as a mom searching for answers, turned into a calling I couldn’t ignore. Sometimes our path finds us. 🥰
And that’s my WHY. 🩵🫶

Not your typical stretch. 🫶
Fascial Stretch Therapy works directly with the fascia and nervous system to restore natural movement.

What you’re seeing here is Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). A table-based assisted stretch that works with the fascia and nervous system to restore movement and improve flexibility.

~fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, joints, and nervous system.~

Unlike traditional stretching, FST focuses on the fascia and joint capsule, not just the muscle. It’s slow and intentional romancing the Nervous System so instead of forcing the stretch, I work with the body- not against it.

Why does that matter?

Because fascia connects the entire body.

When it becomes restricted, it can affect:
