Who’s in the middle of making swaps?! 🙋🏽‍♀️

I get told and asked frequently, "I want to start making changes in my home but it's so expensive. If I want to start my organic/holistic journey, where do I start?!"
👉🏼 Personal care products were my #1 place to start (along with switching to organic foods in our home) when choosing a more holistic lifestyle.

Why? Because your skin absorbs so much of what you put on it — and when products aren’t clean, your body has to work harder to detox them (hello, overworked liver and skin issues 😅). I could go on and on, but I’ll save that for another post.

It took me 3–4 years to slowly swap everything out in our home, and while it takes time, money, and patience, it’s been so worth it. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is healthier kids and feeling better myself and for my husband all year round. 🌿

Gentle support for your little one 🤎

In addition to infant massage therapy, I’ve now incorporated Infant Craniosacral Therapy into my practice. Since opening RAW Therapy + Wellness, working with babies and teaching parents simple techniques to use at home has been one of the foundations of what I do — especially for families navigating colic, reflux, feeding challenges, and unsettled babies.

Over the past six months, I’ve become officially certified in Infant Craniosacral Therapy and have already seen such beautiful changes in many infants — both physically and emotionally. Parents often share that the difference has been night and day.

This gentle bodywork supports your baby’s nervous system, releases tension from birth, and helps improve comfort, sleep, digestion, and overall calm.
