Most common questions I get about infant craniosacral therapy + massage:
Q. Is it safe for babies?
A. Yes—this work is extremely gentle and tailored to each baby. It’s designed to support their body, not force change.
Q. What does it actually help with?
A. We often see support with tension, feeding/latch challenges, reflux, colic, sleep, and overall regulation of the nervous system.
Q. What’s the difference between craniosacral therapy and infant massage?
A. Craniosacral therapy focuses on subtle releases within the nervous system and deeper patterns in the body, while infant massage supports circulation, digestion, bonding, and overall relaxation. Together, they create a really well-rounded approach. I make sure that during your session(s) you leave with confidence in some techniques you can continue at home.
Q. How do I know if my baby needs this?
A. If something feels “off,” your baby seems uncomfortable, or you’re noticing feeding, tension, or sleep challenges—it can be a really supportive place to start.
Q. What does a session look like?
A. Calm, baby-led, and gentle. We follow your baby’s cues the entire time and work within what feels safe and supportive for them.
Sometimes the smallest support early on can make the biggest difference over time. 🤎
