I’ll be back teaching Morning Yoga Flo Flō Dance Company after spring break! See you every other Tuesday starting 3/24- 9-9:45am. Samarah has a special package for you if you sign up for all 5 sessions, drop-ins are $10.

This is a really fun class equal parts relaxation, strength, & flexibility!

Offering dance lessons for all ages and ability levels, and in a variety of styles. Flo Dance Company believes in building dancers with a solid foundation, and having fun while doing it!

Join us for our monthly Yoga & Sound Immersion! This is such a beautiful collaboration with my dear friend .wellness.llc and has become a sacred anchor point for many students (and us as well!) Each month we will guide you through a themed ritual of breathe-work, meditation, gentle movement and restorative yoga, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain drum, gong, and more. This month’s book for The Relaxed Woman’s Book Club is The Year of Less By Cait Flanders.

I’m finding it’s a quick read and also has great discussion questions in the back of the book! What do you think so far? It’s alot more than just buying less stuff.

Thank you to the awesome couples to came to play! You all rock! Hopefully those hamstrings aren’t too sore today 😬

Most fun was to see a successful camel/childs pose and double straddle boat. Thank goodness for straps and blocks 🤣

Polly is enjoying The Relaxed Woman’s Book Club because she loves it when mom sits down to rest and read! 🐶 I’m excited to dive into this second book The Year Of Less by Cait Flanders (read and meet with us on March 1st 1pm

This Sunday was another excellent, authentic, and cup-filling conversation!

A few take aways from reading The Relaxed Woman -

It was really fun and inspiring to hear little and big ways women have been embracing and nourishing their relaxed self. There is a freedom in this and it’s so contagious.

There are also no rules. Although the book is full of really wonderful and simple ways to nourish the nervous system and set down the “shoulds” - The Relaxed Woman does not look or act one way or another. And it doesn’t mean being “chill” or achieving “zen” all of the time. It more so means giving yourself the freedom to choose what serves you in the moment and meeting your own needs, so then you have the energy and space to explore who you are and who you are becoming ⭐️

When one woman gives herself permission to rest, to dream, to change her mind, to cry, to create, to let go of silly (probably made up by a man 🤪) expectations of how we should look, behave, be productive, parent, spend our free time… it gives other woman to do the same.

The Relaxed Woman is a revolution! Join us every first Sunday of the month for a different kind of book club ☺️ I highly recommend reading The Relaxed Woman, at your own pace, and this is the base of our conversations - even as we will be exploring new books that compliment themes in this one.
