🌿 Meditation 102 – Going Deeper

Meditation is the practice of returning to the present moment with awareness, compassion, and curiosity. In this class, we will briefly revisit the foundations of Meditation 101 — breath and learning how to settle the mind — making this session welcoming for beginners or anyone wanting a refresher.
From there, we gently move deeper. Together we will explore one of the most common challenges in meditation: distractions. Wandering thoughts, restlessness, emotions, and external noise are not obstacles to meditation — they are part of the practice.
We will learn practical tools to work with distractions instead of resisting them, allowing focus, ease, and inner calm to naturally grow.
