We had a blast at our first FreeForm Art Group this evening! It was so great to see the creativity flow freely!

FreeForm is an inclusive and welcoming art group for teens in grades 9–12. Through creative expression—like art, writing, and other hands-on activities—participants explore who they are, build confidence, and learn practical ways to manage stress and take care of themselves.
FreeForm is a respectful space where everyone is valued. Whether you're looking for a place to connect, express yourself, or just try something new, you're welcome here. No artistic experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

Our next group is on December 7th at The New Ulm Wellness Collective .
