Considering a small group chair yoga class β would you be interested??
Chair yoga is awesome as it eliminates the need to get up and off the floor. You can work with your body and balance in a safe way while still challenging yourself - and of course experience relaxation with strengthening.
This class would focus on healthy aging, flexibility, balance, and core strength πͺπ½.

Class would be held out of my office space downtown, there are stairs FYI. Limit to 6 students
