Power Haus Yoga

Sculpting yoga is a total body workout; combining yoga, weights, and cardio. This class is for all fitness levels, with options given for advancement.

Virtual on Zoom and In Person at The Well. Sculpt is a 1 hour class. What you will need is a mat, towel, water, and 2 sets of weights - one heavy and one light set (suggested weights; body weight and 3lbs, 3 and 5, 5 and 8 or 10 lbs). Limited amount of weights available for use. Plus, 50 minute classes and HIIT classes!
