Usui Reiki is a Japanese system of natural energy healing. Reiki is a wise, loving energy & always goes where it is most needed. Traditionally, there are 3 levels of practice: 1. for healing self & loved ones; 2. professional practitioner able to offer the service to the public; 3. is the Master-Teacher level for those who choose to extend this practice to others. Level 3 maximally opens the Reiki therapist’s channel, strengthening the flow of this beautiful energy through their hands, eyes, breath.

Reiki 2 Attunement & Certification is a pre-requisite for taking this class.

It is advised - but never required - to refrain from using alcohol or recreational drugs for the 48 hours before class so you are present enough to receive the full effects of the attunement.

Love exchange for this group class is $165 per person. I will go forth with the group rate for at least 2 people. Send a message through our website for private class rates.

Each student will receive a manual, a lineage, an attunement & a certificate.

Join Rae for her ongoing educational and practice class, designed to help you access the wealth of wisdom within yourself. These sessions will be held monthly, offering both Zoom and in-person options.

Channeling is the practice of receiving and transmitting messages or energy from higher sources, such as your higher self, spiritual guides, angels, loved ones passed or universal consciousness. It involves tuning into different frequencies to facilitate communication and connect with spiritual insights.

This journey will empower you to trust your own knowing, understand your innate gifts and embrace your sovereignty. Discover how to connect with the Divine network of communication flowing to you.

Together, we’ll explore various types of channeling using different techniques and tools to enhance your abilities and deepen your spiritual practice. This class is good for beginners and also practice for channelers already doing this work.

Rae has been studying and working with channeling and energy for years, learning from multiple master teachers and participating in a practice apprenticeship group. Rae is a Reiki master, channel, guide, coach, yoga and meditation teacher and more. She has helped many clients connect with their divine nature through channeling.

Participants will lay down in our gravity chairs and get cozy to experience reiki infused Yoga Nidra + sound healing. We also have yoga mats if you prefer to lay on a mat.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation and systematic journey through the five layers of the body (Kosha’s) physical, energetic, mental/emotional, higher intelligence & bliss bodies.

It brings you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is an ancient methodical practice through a body scan and rotation of consciousness diving deeper inward.

Regular Nidra practice helps to activate the relaxation response and improve the functioning of your nervous and endocrine system. Regenerates and repairs cells, decreases anxiety and improves your mood.

Rae will be using different sound healing instruments, her voice, therapeutic grade essential oils and a feather to clear and balance energy.

We will do some gentle movement at the end to ground back into the body. You can share your experience or just listen.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm to wear. As the body relaxes your temperature gets cooler.

We have blankets and eye pillows for the Nidra portion or you can bring your own. You’re welcome to bring a pillow or anything that eases your comfort while lying down. We do provide bolsters also so you don’t have to bring a thing!

You will leave feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated. No experience necessary. These ancient practices have many health and wellness benefits.

Through conscious breathwork, guided meditation, and slow, nourishing yoga, we create a sacred container for inner exploration, grounding, and expansion.

Together, we will work with cannabis as a plant ally to deepen awareness, heighten sensation, and support emotional and energetic release. Paired with mindful breathing and gentle movement, this journey invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
